The cell is the most basic unit of all life. We take it for granted all day, every day, and yet the complexity is almost overwhelming. According to British physicist, Sir Fred Hoyle: ”Life cannot have had a random beginning …The trouble is that there are about two thousand enzymes [in the human body], and the chance of obtaining them all in a random trial is only one part in 10 to the 40,000th power, an outrageously small probability that could not be faced even if the whole universe consisted of organic soup...The chance that higher life forms might have emerged in this way is comparable to the chance that a tornado sweeping through a junkyard might assemble a Boeing 747 from the materials therein.” The Cell EP pays homage to God, the author of all life, and focuses on special creation as detailed in Genesis. The EP was released on March 25, 2025 on the Feast of the Annunciation; there likely was no greater sigh of relief in the history of the world than that of Adam and Eve at Christ’s conception in the womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary. So many years of waiting after the fall until hope beyond all hope was fulfilled. Released March 25, 2025.
