St. Elizabeth of the Trinity was a French Discalced Carmelite nun, mystic, and writer. Inspired greatly by the writings of her Carmelite sister and predecessor, St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Elizabeth of the Trinity sought to lead souls into mystical prayer. Her mission in vocation was to intercede for souls so that they might have a deep and personal encounter with God. Throughout these days of prayer, we ask St. Elizabeth to intercede on our behalf so that we too might have an intimate and personal experience of God in our daily life. The novena starts on October 30 and ends on November 7.
