A friendly reminder of Father's announcement Sunday, please come to Mass at 7:30am next Sunday to participate in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament as a whole community in celebration of Corpus Christi, The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Un amable recordatorio sobre el anuncio del Padre el domingo : por favor, asistan a Misa el próximo domingo a las 7:30 a. m. para participar en la Adoración del Santísimo Sacramento como comunidad entera, en celebración del Corpus Christi —el Santísimo Cuerpo y Sangre de Cristo—.
Sunday, May 17th, we celebrated and blessed our parish graduating high school seniors. Congratulations Makenzie Andrade, Josue Lopez, Jeremiah Torres, Emmanuel Prado, Mateo Martinez and Eric Perez ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Lord, guide our graduates by your wisdom and fill them with your strength. May they always be aware of your presence as they embark on this new journey.
A reminder and a request. Christine and I attended the planning meeting for Lometa's NDoP which will be on May 7th at Fire Station #2 from 5:30-7pm. Everything is organized and Father will be one of the presenters. Good Shepherd is asked to provide sliced onions to go on the brisket sandwiches and cookies for the dessert. Expecting about 100 and we only have to bring half of the cookies. I will post the flier to the Facebook page and I hope someone will be bringing a few fliers to our church. Please announce this Sunday and especially invite our Hispanic families. Could I ask someone to coordinate these two remaining items as we will still be traveling till the middle of May. Thanks, Gail

Our Youth Group will be ready for you in front of Grace Place on Main ( 102 E. main) at 10am. Tickets available Sundays after the 8am Mass +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ¡Consigue tus boletos para la Cena y Rifa anual del Buen Pastor el 26 de abril! ¡Tenemos 6 fantásticos premios! Los boletos estarán disponibles el domingo 22 de marzo. Nuestro grupo juvenil los estará esperando frente a Grace Place en Main (102 E. Main). Boletos también estarán disponibles los domingos después de la misa de las 8.

Hello Holy Family! As we start the Lenten Season, the OCIA Team is asking for everyone to pray for the Catechumen and Candidates that will start their final journey to the Sacraments of Initiation, and full communion with the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil. The Devil is working full time to distract everyone from the beauty of our faith and a relationship with Christ, so those that have yet be Baptized are even more susceptible to challenge. Please join the Team in praying for these great individuals over the next 40 (46) days of Lent! God bless!
