January 24-26 (Fri. 5:30p to 1p Sun.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Praying through the Spiritual Exercises St. Ignatius, in his famous little book, Spiritual Exercises, establishes a progression of individual exercises that help people move towards God by developing recommendations for spiritual growth. During this retreat, Fr. Mitch Pacwa, SJ will identify some of these exercises which can then be practiced during the retreat and perhaps more importantly, after the retreat is completed.
