Faith Community Nursing Event - April 26

Faith Community Nurses will be available for blood pressure screenings after the 8 am and 9:30 am Masses on April 26 in the Courtyard Hall. Handouts regarding high blood pressure and stroke will be provided. Join to take care of your health!
