A special meeting will be held on next Thursday evening at 6:30 PM in OLV Church for choir members, ushers, servers, lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, AV volunteers, and members of the Bereavement Committee. Father Tom will conduct the meeting. The purpose is to further coordinate the various ministries at Mass and share ideas about increasing reverence and coordination.
On July 1st, Fr. Jordan McConway will be joining the staffs of OLV/OLS and Christ, Sun of Justice at RPI. He is a member of the Dominican Order and will assist both communities. Having an impressive ministry history, he will share his time and talents between the communities.
Starting in August, OLS will have Altar Rosary Gift Bearers on the 2nd Sunday of each month. There will be a Society Meeting on June 24th following the 11 AM Mass. Participate in this special ministry representing the entire community during Mass.
