Church announcements for the Sunday of May 11, 2025
Happy Mother's Day to all mothers, mothers-to-be, adoptive mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers! Please, join the Universal Church today in observing the World Day of Prayer for Vocations, as we ask the Lord to send laborers into His harvest! This day is a reminder to pray for and support those discerning priesthood, religious life, and other vocations in the Church. The Nativity of Our Lady Pictorial Directory is now available. If you are one of the 103 families who had your picture taken, you may now pick up your copy in the Church Office. Only one per family for the parishioners who participated is available. All are invited as we honor our Graduating Altar Servers, and High School and College Graduating Seniors on Saturday, May 17th at the 4pm Mass. Nativity of Our Lady is hosting a Women's Praise & Worship event in our Church from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Fr. Nathan Comeaux will be speaking at the event. Nativity of Our Lady is hosting its annual Family Fun Day which will be held Sunday, May 25th, after the 10:00am Mass. Please come out and have a great time with us. See the bulletin for more information. Our Ladies Altar Society meeting is on Monday, May 12th from 5 to 6pm in Barsen Hall. The Patriotic Rosary will be said on Tuesday, May 13th in Church after the 5:30pm Mass. The second collection today is for Nativity Vacation Bible School.
