Sunday Greetings/Saludos de Domingo

Dear Parishioners, I hope you have all had a wonderful Feast of the Ascension and Mother's Day! Thanks to all of our youth and children who participated in this morning's May Crownings in honor of our heavenly mother, the Virgin Mary. Congratulations to Nataly Sanchez-Vega, daughter of Cesar Alberto Sanchez and Angelica Vega, who was baptized this weekend. On Monday, May 12th at 6 P.M. there will be a community wide ecumenical prayer service at the Lamar University Montaigne Center. I plan to participate, and it would be great to see many of you there. Gracias a todos nuestros jóvenes y niños que participaron en las Coronaciones de Mayo de esta mañana en honor a nuestra madre celestial, la Virgen María. Felicitaciones a Nataly Sánchez-Vega, hija de César Alberto Sánchez y Angélica Vega, quien fue bautizada este fin de semana. El lunes 12 de mayo a las 6 p.m. habrá un servicio ecuménico de oración para toda la comunidad en el Centro Montaigne de la Universidad Lamar.
