St. John the Baptist

In the Parable of the Tenants, Jesus criticizes the chief priests and elders, revealing that the Kingdom of God will be taken from the unbelieving and given to the faithful. Today's reading serves as a reminder of the importance of listening to God's word and being receptive to His messages. Are we attentive to God's word through Scripture, Church tradition, and teachings? Let us reflect on how we can apply these lessons in our lives.
