Join us for Mass at St. Maria Goretti on Saturdays at 4:30PM, Sundays at 9:00AM and 11:00AM, and on weekdays (M-W-F) at 8:00AM. Penance/Reconciliation is available on Saturdays from 3:30PM to 4:15PM and during First Fridays. The Sacrament of Baptism is scheduled by appointment. St. Maria Goretti Novena follows the 8:00AM Mass on Wednesdays. Holy Day masses are at 8:00AM and 6:00PM.

Also, mark your calendars for the Mother's Day Carnation Sale on May 9th & 10th, the Baccalaureate Mass for Graduating Seniors on May 31st at 11:00AM, and the Feast Day Celebrations and Ministry Fair on July 4th & 5th. Vacation Bible School is scheduled for July 6th-10th from 9AM to noon. Additionally, there will be various meetings, Bible studies, and service events in the coming weeks.
Religious Education classes are ongoing, focusing on 'Sharing the Gospel' and learning from Jesus' teachings. Confirmation Practice with sponsors is on May 21st, and the Confirmation Mass is on May 24th at 11:00AM. Additionally, registration for Vacation Bible School for youth grades K-6 is open for July 6th-10th, with special instruction available for special needs youth.
The Diocese of Scranton has a policy to report any sexual abuse allegations involving minors to law enforcement. Victims of abuse are encouraged to report immediately, and support is provided. Any suspected abuse should be reported to the appropriate authorities and the Victim Assistance Coordinator. Confidentiality and assistance in pursuing emotional and spiritual well-being are assured.
