Dear Brothers and Sisters, I have written to the Archbishop requesting permission to pursue the removal of the existing font and replace it with a dignified pedestal-type font. This design would alleviate existing problems with the font, gain additional space in the nave, and enhance the beauty of the Sacrament of Baptism.
