Fr Calin asked me to post handouts for Typica if anyone wanted to pray that liturgy at home this Sunday. If you pray it by yourself, just do everything. If you pray in a group, pick someone to take the Deacon/Cantor parts in these handouts (this might be the same person). If you don't know a tone, just sing it on one note. If you can't read music at all, there is still much profit to be had in just reading aloud.
