IN PHOTOS | 62nd Parochial and Town Fiesta Last August 15, 2025, the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Asuncion, Davao del Norte solemnly celebrated its 62nd Parochial and Town Fiesta in honor of its patroness, Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. The highlight of the celebration was the Fiesta Mass, presided over by Most Rev. Medil S. Aseo, D.D., Bishop of Tagum, and concelebrated by several priests, including the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Jerson Estose. With hearts full of faith and gratitude, parishioners and devotees gathered to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary, who, in the mystery of her Assumption, was taken body and soul into heaven, reminding the faithful of the hope of eternal life promised to all who remain steadfast in Christ. The fiesta was not only a moment of prayer and thanksgiving but also a vibrant expression of unity, culture, and tradition in the town of Asuncion. Truly, the celebration reflected the enduring devotion of the community to their patroness, who continues to intercede for her children and lead them closer to her Son.
