Stephen Ministry

Stephen Minister Training is an enriching, enjoyable, spiritual experience, possibly unlike any other training you have participated in before. The purpose of the training is to equip each Stephen Minister with essential caring and relating skills to provide high-quality, one-to-one, Christian care to individuals who are hurting. Stephen Ministers will learn what to say and do and what not to say and do when people are struggling with a wide range of life difficulties. Most Stephen Ministers say that in addition to becoming better caregivers, everything they learn in Stephen Minister training has enhanced all their relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and others they meet in their everyday lives.
